Shipping and Delivery

Your orders are prepared and delivered to the cargo company after your payment process is completed.

Deliveries within Istanbul: Average 2 business days
Deliveries outside Istanbul: Maximum 3–4 business days

Shipping is free for orders 1,000 TL and above. For orders under 1,000 TL, the shipping fee will be shown to you during the order process.

The product or products you purchase are delivered to your address with their invoice and, if any, warranty documents, via our contracted cargo company.

During Cargo Delivery

We kindly ask you to check the cargo package when receiving the product. If you notice any crushing, tearing, impact, breakage, or any damage to the package, please inform the cargo officer and have a damage assessment report prepared.

If you think the product was damaged during transportation, you can request that a report be prepared and the product be returned via the cargo company without receiving it.

In cases detected after receiving the product without any signs of damage, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible.

Return and Withdrawal Right

In distance sales, consumers have the right of withdrawal without any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, within the framework of legal conditions.

To use your right of return or withdrawal, you can contact us at info@akillievaletlerim.com. You will be informed about the return process and necessary procedures.

The product to be returned must be returned in accordance with the legislation regarding the consumer's right of withdrawal and the nature of the product.

Products and situations where the right of withdrawal is an exception according to the legislation are reserved.

Return Process

After the returned product reaches us, necessary checks are carried out and the product price is refunded within legal periods.

In return transactions, shipping fees are applied according to the current legislation and the return conditions of the relevant product.

In case of technical malfunctions or warranty issues that arise after product delivery, you can contact the authorized service specified in the product's warranty certificate or contact us for support.
